Jessie the puppy has been with the eaW Limited family for 2 years. Her commitment to the art of sleeping on the job is exceptional and her knowledge of local trees is comprehensive to say the least.
Jessie also is a keen winter sports enthusiast and has recently returned from a mountain walking expedition in the Austrian Alps.

Paul West

Media Consultant
Paul has previously worked at Robert Hobson Studios and Steve Warton Design as a sales and graphic consultant. Paul is currently working on our magazine portfolio and has a love of sport, especially rugby. In his spare time Paul manages Cheshunt Rugby Club u13s and is heavily skilled in the theatre world as a Stage Manager. In his youth Paul was a keen Show Jumper competing at many national and regional equestrian events.

Tracy Marshall

Freelance Graphic Designer
Tracy graduated from the Norfolk Institute of Art and Design with an HND and a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design. She started as a packaging designer but after a year decided to pursue a career in graphics. She moved to a busy design agency in Covent Garden, London and worked up to senior designer overseeing a small creative team. Responsible for managing projects including branding, corporate ID, web design and design for exhibitions. After 8 years she left to be a full time mum. Tracy joined the eaW team in 2010 as a freelance designer, and enjoys working on a wide variety of projects.

Rob Dicken

Graphic Designer
Rob graduated from the Birmingham Institute of Art & Design, gaining an honours in Visual Communication in 2008. After migrating back to London to work as a freelancer, he was recruited by eaW Limited as an all-round Graphic Designer. Rob now heads the design studio and works directly alongside the Company Directors to ensure the constructive and forward-thinking ethos of eaW Limited is upheld. Rob has closely overseen the internal development of eaW Magazine and website, in addition to countless successful projects in brand identity, marketing, external publications and web design.

Judy Neville

Company Director
Judy started her working career at Barclays Bank and after 5 years moved from the financial side of the bank to their corporate marketing division in the City of London. Responsible for marketing materials, advertising campaigns, print buying, event management, corporate identity and brand guidelines, Judy built up an extensive knowledge of marketing, leaving her position after a further 5 years to start a family and to launch eaW Limited.

Mark Neville

Company Director
After many years in the regional press industry working for both Newsquest and Archant, Mark became director of Job Opportunities in 2000 launching recruitment titles across the country. After 3 successful years his entrepreneurial spirit led him to launch eaW Limited with his wife Judy. In his youth Mark played for Spurs for 5 years and became a budding thespian with the National Youth Theatre appearing in the West End.
